If a poll had been given negative votes that you felt were undeserved, are you more likely to up-vote it than if the poll hadn't had those negative votes?

How do you know how many votes a poll has
Mainly when it says 0, I believe each poll starts with 1.
For sure
The only time I think it's much more likely is when the overall rating is 0. I almost always up-vote a decent poll with a 0.
