If your current climate/location, if you had the option to extend winter or summer to be 6 months long, which would you choose? The other seasons would be 2 months each.

Already live in the land of six month winters. A few years ago I snow skied 7 straight months...Nov - May. The May ski was iffy with temps in the 50's, but there was still about 90% snow coverage on the cross country trail.

I think I actually live in a place where winter is six months long and the other three seasons are packed into the remainder. More like a wet season/less wet season. I really like it.

I would be thrilled to go somewhere where there is essentially no summer. I hate the heat and hate the tourists that clog up the roads and make my normally 25 minute ride to work take an hour.

Winters are relatively mild in Alabama. Usually a week of cold and then mild again.

Definitely winter, because I can't think of one good thing to say about summer other than at least it is fairly short here.

Greenhouses and hydroponics. Delicious fresh tomatoes year round.

Summer for sure! I love the long days and can't stand the darkness of winter.
