Oh yes hamburger helper🤒😬 I used to do food demo work and I had to demonstrate that. I feel like telling people you know that's really garbage. One lady actually thanked me for introducing it to her family. It was so ashamed of myself😳😧😱

Living in Denver. I grew up here and it's gotten too big the last few years. It's the first time I've ever considered moving out of state.
Bulletproof coffee, although I'd like to get back on board and do it again.
What exactly is that
Coffee blended with coconut oil and clarified butter. Good fats, long burning, boots energy. It's based off a Nepalese recipe.
I've heard that really helps you lose weight. I'll have to do the coconut oil tomorrow. Way too late in the day for me to do coffee now.
It's an aquire taste, I like it! It is supposed to help lose weight, I didn't do.it long enough to find out.
For me the answer is everything I've ever thought was great, bc that's just how brain chemistry works. :)
