Seattle could become the first city in the U.S. with a public site where users can inject & smoke hard drugs under medical supervision at a safe-consumption site. Even the Mayor & Sheriff are leaning towards supporting this plan. Is it a good idea?
I do like the Portland area. It's more liberal than I would like..but I've lived in Portland Metro area for all but 2 years of my life. So I really don't know anything different haha
It's a very good one. Make it safer. Then 911 is not tied up with overdoses, HIV and hep C can be reduced, and addicts will be more likely to get the help they need.
