I would say not a victim overall. She is of wrongful imprisonment, but the taking of her own life is no real fault of the police's.
No fault? Wouldn't you have to then argue that the fact that she was wrongfully imprisoned for three days had no bearing on her mental state? That had this not occurred, she would not be alive today?
Suicide is not a topic that garners a tremendous amount of sympathy from me. Tragic yes, but very difficult to lay the blame on others for her own actions.
