I think I basically agree with that as China has a really abysmal environmental record and Nicaragua although I don't know is likely just in it for the money.
It's going to bring fierce competition to the Panama Canal. Yes Nicaragua was the original location for the Panama Canal, but the workers were dying of malaria and yellow fever, something that must not be an issue today. This is very unfortunate...
