I've recently begun the practice of smoking cigars. I love them! Are you a cigar smoker? If so, any advice for a beginner?
Smoking anything is in my opinion one of the dumbest things one can do. It's essentially self-suffocation because CO molecules attach to the hemoglobin in your blood and diminishes your VO2 capacity. Don't start smoking. It's so dumb.
Cigars are tasty, but health wise I'd say stop while you can.
Nope, I'm 17. Don't smoke
Is it a Cuban cigar?
I have various kinds.
I quit smoking in september 2010 after 10 years of smoking a pack a day. My advice, dont start. You'll find yourself smoking cigarettes in no time. Its expensive and it kills you.
I hate cigarettes though.
I picked them about 4 years ago, and they are wonderful, especially after a few drinks.
smoke the best quality you can afford sparingly, no more than 1 a day.
I only smoke on weekends. So I figure I can afford the high end. Been sampling many.
I like the Maria Martini box pressed cigar personality, also the Punch Roho Corno (sp) square pressed, only produced in the spring though.
I've been enjoying the CAO Maduro, Alec Bradley, and La Aroma de Cuba. Robusto seems to be my size of choice.
