Genetic therapy is becoming a reality whereas doctors will theoretically be able to cure genetic diseases/disorders. Would you support altering DNA to not only cure disease but also give people superior eyesight, memory, strength, stamina, etc?

If it can do these things without fucking us up, then, yes. But that isn't likely

Take it from Star Trek and the eugenics wars that predates the federation. DONT DO IT!!!! The superior people will try to take over natural people and billions will be killed.

The government of earth only allows abnormalities to be done. No enhancements.

Maybe to help them but not to alter them. That's just borderline creepy. Island of Dr. Moreau creepy

No. Our gene pool evolves in a organic and intelligent way that poses no risks to our development or sentience. If we start messing with in by ourselves the same won't be true.

If humans are natural, how can our genetic choices not be natural. Wouldn't this just be us evolving?

That'd cost a lot, right? So the richer people would become superior to the poorer ones, and Social Darwinism would become a reality?

No. It theoretically would be like vaccines are today, unless you feel that vaccines do that?

I highly doubt it will be that easy/cheap. Gene therapy has been talked about for decades and they are just starting to make real progress with treating human diseases.

Most cheap everyday technology we have now was extremely expensive in its R&D days.

Yes, that's true, but it's not like cars are as cheap as a candy bar, and most people don't have airplanes. The tech will get much cheaper but I doubt it will be like getting a flu shot.

Not to mention that vaccine costs are subsidized and drug companies don't make a lot of money off of them. So it will still be case that rich people will more likely to afford cosmetic gene therapy than poor people just trying to get by.

Either the rich can only afford it, or the poor will be the subjects for experimentation.

Vaccines are subsidized because there is no money in making them and no company would make them otherwise. It is already a problem and why we have vaccines shortages sometimes because very few labs participate.
