Went to our regional symphony concert. Usually I'm playing in it but sat out this time. Enjoyed just listening!

A couple days ago. And different brands of DECAF espresso and other to try. It's a $39 Mr Coffee from Walmart. Good thing I got decaf or I'd be flying!
I like having a cup of espresso before I go to work. But I can't have it too late in the afternoon anymore.
Ran a race.
Watched my daughter compete in the surf city 10 mile race this morning.
Visit Vatican City and saw the Pope's Sunday noon blessing
