Now that I have more followers, I will ask again. Have you ever met a person who once was/is famous? If so, who?

People famous in my world, maybe not so much in others'... Jane Goodall, briefly (although she was kind enough to write me a letter once). The 1958 Nobel Prize awardee (in Physiology or Medicine) Joshua Lederberg was a member of my professional

That's awesome! Wish I was there, it's great to be surrounded by minds like that.

Hmm, I'll have to check that out, I loved him I'm the evil dead movies.
I honestly don't remember much of what Ram Dass said... I just remember him hanging around the house for the better part of a day, talking with one of our older members mostly. And this may sound odd... especially from a totally non-spiritual person
such as myself, but I remember him as being bathed in a pool of sunshine while they sat & talked. (In the foggy part of San Francisco we were in, sunshine is pretty rare in itself!)
Well that makes sense, if you were very spiritual you probably would have wanted to interact with him more?
society, as were a number of scientists whose names are in college biology textbooks but whom everyone forgets when the class is over. Eula Bingham, national head of OSHA under Carter, was my very first boss, when she was a young researcher.
I love Yoko Ono!
