Sweden's official Twitter account is ran by one of its own citizens and the user has the ability to represent their country online for one week, then it changes to a new citizen. Would you trust your fellow citizens to run an account representing us?

It sounds good in concept, but it may not be very practical. I'm sure an irresponsible person may be chosen from time to time. Unless somehow Swedish people are more generally responsible.

There have been a couple people who have shown the darker side of Sweden. Apparently they really do let you tweet whatever you want.
