In Japan you cook or not cook at the table. This place had in addition to a hot plate was a fire for bowing soup. The staff came around with buckets of live God knows what to put in it. They wont take no thank you from an American.

Durian tops all. While in Cambodia I was socially obligated into eating this fruit. Fully ripe it is like eating rotted onions over the cess pools of Victorian Paris. ... And I should add that Yes! It is also slimy...

I had reached my mouth it had constricted and slid off my fork onto my plate. The pigeon was tasty along wth the goose feet but we passed on the shark fin soup. To me it's just wrong! I will never forget the taste of the cuc and will never eat again.
