Yes, essentially my whole working life. The only time I declined to do so was a job offer in the Great Lakes region (it would probably have been IL or IN), and another in TX. I've never been desperate enough to have even seriously considered those. The move to WA meant a new job, but I was moving for the weather and scenery, not so much for the job.

I moved for school a couple of times. Then I moved three times for my husband’s jobs. The last move was to retire close to my mom and the beach.

No, not specifically for a new job.

I moved from Switzerland to pursue an education, but that was more for opportunity, not simply a job. For the rest of life, I’ve mainly lived in Louisiana and loved it.

I’ve had to go to another state for training and familiarization for a company that was acquired by mine.
