No. Kids that age are not old enough understand sexuality. Seriously, why do you think our society doesn’t let people have sex until they’re like 16-18. Because things like that when they’re younger and unable to understand what it really means can do permanent psychological damage. Because kids younger than that age are recognized as too young to make important decisions. So before you go buying your kid dresses because he “played with a doll once” remember that kids all the time insist they are things they’re not. My sister went through a thing for several months where she was certain she was a dog and no one could tell her different. Now if instead of dog she said boy and she didn’t have good parents, she could be stuck today with permanent hormone blockers and an outward identity as “Jim” even though she’s a girl and all the boy stuff was just as much of a phase as a kid pretending to be a dog.
