It’s a beautiful day in the neighborhood, a beautiful day for a river - won’t you paint mine? Won’t you paint mine? Won’t you be ..my painter?

Both, but I think what Mr Rogers gave to generations of children was nothing short of a miracle.

I forgot how funny Bob Ross was. I just watched 10 minutes of one of his shows. He really is amazing. If you follow along and pause and rewind the video. You can make a painting that is just like his. I did that once years ago and showed a good friend of mine that is a professional artist. He couldn’t believe that I learned to paint like that in an hour. He was so mad. I still have that silly painting with a lake, mountains with snow and pine trees with snow somewhere. Just take ten minutes and watch how easy and how amazing it turns out. Then try it yourself. youtu.be/kasGRkfkiPM

Fred Rogers was profoundly influential, and did a lot more besides his television program...my autistic son's doctor worked with him.

Ask yourself, how many kids grew up with Bob Ross as a prime influence in their lives? Now, ask yourself that same question with Fred Rogers. There's your answer.

Mr Rogers was mostly before my time. His showed ended when I was 7yrs old I think. Now if you were to ask my parents this question they’d definitely say Mr Rogers. But I’d personally go with Ross. I’ve seen so many episodes of his show. Mr Rogers was an amazing man tho. He influenced the lives of millions.
