Is it wrong to drive around your neighborhood without a license or permit with a parent in the car for the sole purpose of practicing?

Lol! I can just imagine someone reversing to the back of their driveway and then pulling back in and repeating over and over again to practice.

Technically, both democrats and republicans have 3 people who say yes. The difference is that only 5 dems have voted while 14 reps have voted. Nothing particularly laughable...yet.

It should be fun explaining that to the police when you hit a mailbox or a cat.

Gotta have a learner's permit - it's the law.

Technically you must have at least a permit to be on streets. Private property is your own business.

Go to an empty parking lot instead so you don't accidentally hurt anyone.

Absolutely no driving without a permit. What if they, heaven forbid, hit a kid who runs in the street? Or they hit property the parent and child are looking at jail time and if sued you could loose your house. It's called a license for a reason

We have a 1/2 mile driveway, my daughter drove to the mailbox everyday starting at 13. But she had to back almost all the way back to the house. She's very good at backing. Only had to come get me once for being in ditch she was in a old beater car
