On Android (mine is old) it worked.
I had to press the play symbol and do a bit of waiting, then hit the play symbol again.
It runs off of Google maps, so it should work.

Should work, sorry it isn't. I figured you and @izzy1992 would like this most, was thinking you could listen to Russian stations while you're still recovering.
Does it give you an error or something?

Some showed it to me a couple of days ago. It's very cool.

Audials Radio works great in Safari on iThings, or as a free app, and lets you listen to stations around the world (but without the globe to spin). I use it every day.
