I believe the baby's right to life trumps the mother's choice.

There is no choice for the child who is murdered by their mother.

@gafiate - but there as many couples wanting to adopt in America as there are abortions - there is a loving home for every unwanted baby. So adoption is the only humane option, not murder.

As a part of the mothers body, the government (and people) have no right to her choices over her pregnancy.
