Would anarchy ever work successfully if implemented?
IF it's in a very small state and IF everyone's willing to join the society. But I think because of human nature some form of government will eventually reform.
How do you implement anarchy? Anarchy is like a wild animal, if its not allowed to be free it's not wild anymore. The same is true for anarchy. If you try to "implement" or control anarchy, it isn't anarchy.
It would require personal responsibility - and too many people lack that quality
Governments formed because anarchy doesn't work.
Lawlessness is the antithesis of freedom
Anarchy is barbarism where the strong take from the weak, that is the antithesis of freedom
People want to be free AND safe. You can't have the safety and security in anarchy like you do in our society. It's impossible as there are no standards in Anarchy. IMO
That's not true
People would take advantage of it. Jus like communism it sounds great on paper by if actually put in place you get a country like Somalia with basically no government.
No it would never "work", even for a second. Anarchy could only last for a short violent term before entities started to restore order.
Anarchy is not freedom
No, governments formed because there have always been people addicted to power.
Anarchy is great! ...unfortunately it would soon be replaced by a more oppressive form of government than was in place before, like a dictator coming to power. So...I don't think it would ever work. :(
Thats true. Anarchy can also be a society without rules. Fend for yourself, defend yourself. Some may think total lawlessness is freedom.
A democrat said yes to anarchy?! Wow the Democratic Party is the furthest from anarchy. It is for big government.
I'd only be in favor of anarchy if I had a lot of weapons and a small army.
