Oh, stop it already. We will wipe ourselves out some other way before the weather does us in.

It is God alone who is in charge of the weather and climate, not man. We are FOOLS to think we can change it.

No. Our government is not beholden to superstitions. Climate policy should be based on scientific evidence, and not yours or anyone else's beliefs in a god.

But scientists can not agree so why should we invest money in "your scientists" beliefs?

The science is settled. The consensus is that anthropogenic climate change is a real and increasing threat to humans and other species. These are not beliefs, this is science.

Do you think your religious beliefs should influence public policy?

There you have it. Two groups of scientists who disagree. So why should we support "your scientists" and not mine.

This is the type of misinformation that people like you peddle. You act like the vast consensus versus the handful of dissenters is a significant controversy. It isn't. You're using the same tactics that cigarette companies used to fool people into thinking they weren't dangerous. Find a few "experts" to back up your claims and suddenly you can make it seem like nobody is really sure one way or the other. If you really looked into it, you would see that the evidence and support from the scientific community is overwhelming in favor of the existence of anthropogenic climate change.

Yes. They did when the country was founded in 1776 and they have for the last 240 years.
