Healthcare in my community is:
One of the best in the world.
I live in a smallish town in rural Oregon. I have to drive over an hour to see most specialists. It takes over a month to get an appointment with my gynecologist.
It seems pretty darned good, for a small city (155,000). I was a little apprehensive about it when I moved here a few years ago. I had lived in a larger city and worked for a medical school with a lot of connections to a larger medical community for some years.
We have quite a few great hospitals in our area.
One of the best hospitals in America in my city. 2 more near me.
