I don't think I've been inside the capitol building of any of the 7 states (or DC) that I've lived in. Definitely not the current one, in Denver.

Those are just some pieces of the building.

We got a private tour with our Senator. We went on the balcony right as pro-marijuana people were having a protest and they started swearing at us. It was fun.

I was able to job shadow my state representative a few months ago. I was introduced in front of the Michigan House of Representatives, and got to sit next to him during their session.

I like our state capital here in Washington state.
