If you give it back you feel better and it's the right thing to do. I've been taught since an early age that taking what doesn't belong to you is stealing.

That's often true, if the cashier gave you too much because they had trouble doing the math.
I'd still give it back. I had someone return $1,800 cash that I had lost in their business once. I will *never* take a cent that doesn't belong to me, after that.
I never pay attention to the change I get - I wouldn't notice.

Give it back... Usually, unless it's so insignificant that it would cost more in gas to drive back to the store and return it.
