On December 12, 2015, the first ever votes by women were cast in Saudi Arabia, and some are now holding political office. Do you think this will have a positive effect on the nation?
It will be if it catches on, to the point they can grant themselves the "privileges" of campaigning in person, or driving themselves to meetings, and not getting beaten for sport. That country has so far to go to be merely disgusting, it's hard to get too excited about such a small step.
I'm happy about it. Twenty women were elected to office. That's the first step to a wider expansion of rights.
Except when they need a jar opened 😂
But it's still a step in the right direction. Lets hope this carries on
It's a start...
I wonder how many more women would have been able to vote if they had been able to find a male to drive them to the polls 😞
Its merely a ploy to make themselves look civilized.
Until the men get used to it, it's still precarious. I worry for the women during the transition.
That's just our way of making sure we still have control over them. Shh... 😉
Didn't know! Yippee!
Of course. Women are the superior sex. 💁🏻😁🙊😂
Interesting, hadn't considered that possibility
