The US Census Bureau says approximately 3 out of every 10 Americans are from California. That being said, should California consider breaking into smaller states or left as is?

I would like state lines to be changed all over so each state has about the same population.

3 out 10? California's population is 38 million. That's a little over 1 out of 10
