I just purchased a small kitchen appliance and the manual states that the warranty does not cover 'Acts of God, such as fire, flood, hurricanes, and earthquakes'. Do you think some atheists get upset over the language?

Maybe, but we shouldn't get upset. It's actually pretty funny when Christians admit that their God murders innocent people with fires, floods, hurricanes, and earthquakes. What a nice guy!

I think most people who get a letter from their insurance company saying the damage to their home, car, etc. won't be covered because it was an act of God get angry.

Maybe it should be worded "acts of nature".

Uh oh! Get the politically correct police. Those appliances are in violation of the uber sensitive crowd. In other words, yes, I'm sure some overly sensitive people get all overly sensitive about it.

They also think those things are caused by man so I wonder if the rule still applies to them.
