I don't think so. States like Arizona have an abundance of mobile homes that are second homes for snowbirds who have money. Especially if this includes fifth wheels and the such. I think a better indication would be welfare and food stamp status.
I'm surprised Texas isn't high, with all the temporary housing and multiple people living in a house in the big oil boom areas. I've seen travel trailers renting for $1000 a month.
We have a few trailer parks in surrounding towns and a few single mobile homes grandfathered in but no new mobile homes allowed it "brings down the value of surrounding homes"
