Show of hands should get it right, the fight is between the Senate and the House.
Why just two months? Just so we can bicker and fight again in a few weeks, do it for a year and be done with it. This reminds me of the debt ceiling debate, where we just kick the can down the road a few weeks at a time instead of really doing anything.
