Seems like almost every neighborhood has that one house that is an eyesore. Is there one in your neighborhood?
Yes, it annoys me. It's not hard to pick up. I can understand if you can't afford to fix up anything major but come on, you can pick up trash and random stuff all over your yard and cut overgrown grass/weeds. Just try to make the place look decent.
Thanks to my HOA, not really
I got my husband to paint a couple years ago
Not really. Everyone here likes to keep things up pretty well.
On the other hand, the FBI raided a really nice house up the street a few months back because the owner was using his construction company as a front for his real business- running drugs for a Mexican cartel.
So THAT house may start to look bad soon.
All of the buildings in my neighborhood look exactly the same; the other neighborhoods....definite eyesores.
Not the house itself, but the yard.
There are 3 houses in my town with Tom Wolf signs. /That/ is an eyesore.
It's the house next door.
the other houses on my street are easly worth 500g and then there is my 80g pos house
The family across the street has been cutting down their huge pine tree for almost a year. The trunk is sitting on their front lawn in huge pieces and they haven't done anything with it in weeks. It's a mess.
my boyfriend's parent's neighbor is a hoarder and his house is atrocious
One, ha. It's half the city here.
Nice looking boys Kat.
Yeah, but it's been abandoned for more than 30 years. It's now just a urban legend as a haunted house.
Pretty sure it's mine
If it keeps the neighbor from having a car on bricks in the lawn, I'm for it
All homes here have character. But they're so far apart that it doesn't qualify as a neighborhood.
Yes! Right down the street from me. I want to beg them to let me paint their house.
me too. :-/
Yes, the house across the street from mine is a rental. The landlord had a new roof installed but left the broken windows and the doors are always open...
down to just a couple.
I live in a great neighborhood.
Thank you :) They're keepers.
I can't think of any. The immediate 13 acres are my apartment complex, which isn't fancy but is pretty well kept up. Across the road is a development of fairly expensive houses that as far as I've seen are in great shape. Most of the rest of the
one-mile grid my apartment is in consists of neighborhoods of ordinary middle-class houses without any in great disrepair.
We live in a development but when you first turn onto the road, before you get to the development, is an old run down trailer park. I mean the definition of trailer park. Not nice trailers, some are abandoned, others have weeds that cover the
Yes but luckily it's several houses away.
I have hoa too, and I hate it!
just old people not giving a care about their dead grass, dying flowers, and old worn out house paint.
oh, it has been unoccupied for almost a year. And the grass almost never cut.
