Yaaas, very popular in Puerto Rico.
Mainly garlic and some olive oil
It's like fries but more consistently crispy.
Had to vote "not a fan" but only because I've never tried it, & it sounds a little weird. I'm open to trying it, though. Can you compare it to anything else?
Never tried it. But I Would
That sounds interesting; thanks for the description!
What do y'all eat it with? It's a garlic lemon stuff???
There is also a restraint near where I live where they sell hamburgers with a side of yuca fries + garlic mayo-ketchup
French fries but better. They're thicker and I think served with a garlic sauce instead of ketchup. cooks similar to a potato. I don't care for potatoes unless they're yummy crispy fries or hash browns.
**disclaimer: i am not an expert** ;-)
Also it's spelled YUCA. My bad. :-/
