I spend a good amount of time in a two story building. I see, in my opinion, too many young, healthy people who aren't carrying anything using the elevator. Would you use an elevator on regular basis in a two story building?

Unless the stairs smell bad, are sketchy, or have doors that are inconvenient to use (some seem ridiculously hard to open), I'll usually avoid the wait for the elevator. If the elevator is waiting and ready, I'll take it. Whatever is faster.
I'm not a fan of elevators in general, particularly if they're crowded, so I opt for stairs if it's 3 flights or less, sometimes even if it's more flights too.
Never judge a book by its cover. I may look young and in good condition but stairs kill my knees. I always take the elevator if possible
That said, there's nothing wrong with people who you think look healthy using the elevator. They might have some issue you don't see, or they might just prefer it. Either thing is fine.
No. I almost always used the stairs.
I had a class on the 4th story at my college. On the first day of class I saw a girl in high heels take the stairs so I decided to as well
Most elevators I've ever been in have signs that say no smoking. So they may be thinking the same?
Same where I work, I see many taking the elevator one floor and most if they go two floors up or down. I always take the stairs.
Always an elevator, cane or walker don't do well on stairs.
Mostly I use the stairs, but there's one building on campus where I just really dislike walking up the stairs and I prefer to use the elevator each time.
I live on the 9th floor of a tower and the only time I use the elevator is when I'm with my wife. Otherwise, it's stairs for me!
I work on the third floor of a building and never take the elevator.
His elevator actually encourages smoking.
Instead of a "open door" button, it has a cigarette lighter like in a car.
Depends on how high my heels are. Going upstairs in 4" heels is fine, not so much going downstairs.
Definitely not, you would make it to the second floor before the elevator was even ready for you.
Plus, I need the exercise and I know that so I would choose the stairs.
