I think that a belief like that would potentially shed some light on some other flaws, but since your poll suggests that all other things about her are perfect, I'd say go for it. People can change their beliefs if they're willing to listen.

I think that could end up being a really big deal and end the relationship eventually anyways. If your gf can't respect and love your moms/or dads and their relationship then what kind of respect does she have for you.

If she's respectful... and doesn't talk about you parents relationship negatively then it might work. But even then that's a big thing to have a difference in opinion about and could start arguments.
