If you are arrested on suspected conspiracy charges w/o the release of the specific evidence which led to your arrest; do you think you should have access to both the material and means by which said charges were brought against you? (LINK)

Of course they should be. That's how it gets to be unconstitutional or not. Citizens shouldn't just be spied on because we are citizens!

They're lucky not be be tried by military tribunal. I'm staunchly opposed to fed govt warrantless surveillance programs, but I don't think they should be subject to review by low level criminal courts.
