Asian marinated ahi, salad and wild rice. Then carrot cake with browned butter and cream cheese frosting with a candied pecan topping.

I made beef tips in the crock pot, served over rice, succotash, & pistachio salad. I'm full now.
I made homemade mashed potatoes, green peas, and a pork chop. Forgot to make a biscuit, but it was still delicious.

I've had it twice before and loved it, and made about triple to quintuple what I make in a day yesterday (very long day) so we decided it was okay to get ha. Definitely hit the spot!
