Halfway. I forgive after an apology but "forgive and forget" doesn't work for me. It will stay in the back of my mind.

Very, but I do not forget.

When I was a Christian, I decided to forgive the person who least deserved (and never asked for) my forgiveness. Since then, I have found it very easy to forgive. It doesn't erase the transgression, but a burden lifted.

I can't near when there's something between me an another person. IM always quick to forgive, and to ask for forgiveness, and try to smooth things over.

I am unconditionally forgiving. I make sure everybody knows that I'm a safe person to come back to if they ever need help, comfort, or security. People rarely abuse my trust because it makes them feel intollerably guilty.

I forgive nothing. If it is trivial enough to be easily forgotten then it is not a wrong of substance. Anything else must and will be avenged and made right.
