Pride isn't necessarily a bad thing. I am proud that I have spent 25 years serving our nation as a soldier. I am proud if the wonderful, productive adults my children have grown to be. I am proud that I came from parents who used drugs...

...and my only addiction is caffeine. I am also very proud that my parents married multiple times and I have been married to my beautiful bride for nearly 23 years. So, having pride is not necessarily bad...

I have to much pride at times. I need to overcome that. I have refused to go to tutoring because I think it is insulting. Let's just say political has to get over this. He is just being dumb. (Yes I am speaking in 3rd person)

I take pride in myself and the things I accomplish... However I do not allow myself to be blinded by pride.

I love the story of the ribbon given to the most humble person in the world as his title. He proudly wore it upon his chest. It was promptly removed from him. You know why.
