Which do you think is a more probable cause of the apparent Coca Cola commercial controversy? Trolls trying to stir the pot or people with their own legitimate opinions against the commercial?
It was a bad commercial
What it means is that if I moved to a country that has a different language than I know, I would expect to learn their language. That would be the respectful thing to do
No, nothing wrong with them existing in the country. But if you move somewhere it shouldn't be much to expect to have to learn and use the language in that country whether here or any other country
Sadly, I think people were genuinely and honestly offended that other languages exist in this country.
Apologies. Cherokee isn't a native language of Arizona.
I literally did a face palm when I read that because it hurts my heart to know there are people that stupid in our society. The history if earth is full of battles and wars over land. Right or wrong, there is a loser. We won a long time ago
So if Mexico attacked is and took back the land, you'd happily learn Spanish?
brb going to tell everyone I know that you didn't like a commercial
How so, Blue?
Do you speak Cherokee?
Do you speak Navajo, Western Apache, Yavapai, Havasupai-Hualapai, Quechan/Yuma, Mojave, Maricopa, Cocopah, Hopi, Colorado River Numic, O'odham, or Yaqui?
Or even Spanish, as the area of present day Arizona was Spanish long before it was American.
No, you need to tell them why it's bad
