I looked it up with so many different explanations, it looks likely it was the Southern Europeans or the Native Americans who had steak very early on, but they’re unsure who actually had it first.
It looks like prime rib became popular roughly at the same in the UK, US, Canada, Australia, Ireland and New Zealand during the industrial revolution period.
Well since most "Chinese" food was actually American creations either in the USA or Italy ...of course most people in italy would barely recognize American pizza as pizza so another bite for America
Selena on which part of Italy. We had pizza they cut with scissors and you folded and ate as you walked. I think that might have been in Florence. Different types of pizza depending on where.
100% love actual Mexican. Don’t get me wrong, I like Ted-mex being a Dallas native but nothing hits like street Mexican shit and stuff made from all my illegal buddies moms lmao
Tacos are certainly my favorite food. I eat them at least 2-3 times a week and only from people who don’t speak a lick of English.
I’m not a fan of escargot. Had them in Paris. Or andouiette. Not sure if that’s how it is spelled. Sausage with pig intestine. Most of the food there was fantastic. We had crepes with whipped cream; caramel, and with ginger ice cream. Yum. The bakeries alone would make me the size of a Mack truck if I lived there.
