Think Lovin Life

Bama ... she’s very cuddly. She almost a year now, and is still very small. We rescued her and they told us that she’d been taken from a home where there were WAY too many cats, and that as the runt, she’d been attacked by the other cats. They said that she came to the shelter with scabs all over her spine.
We suspect that the abuse led to her compulsive need to pace. It’s fascinating to watch, for an hour a day, she will pace all over the house many many times. She always takes the same route, and if someone or something gets in her way, she stops, and has to process how to complete her “rounds”.
We gladly accept her neurosis because when she is finished with her “rounds” she so loves the love. Unlike our other cat, Mimi, Binxy leans into every single pet.
She wakes my wife every morning with a lick and a nibble on her fingers, reminding her that it’s breakfast time.
We are doing all we can to give her a peaceful life after her rough start.
