Show of Hands

The last three LA Times presidential polls; 7/20-7/26 Trump +7, 7/30-8/5 Clinton +1 and 8/13-8/19 Trump/Clinton tied. All the other polls have Clinton up by 5 to 9 points. Why does a liberal newspaper the LA Times have such a tight race?
