Show of Hands

John is HIV+ and out shopping. He falls down a flight of stairs and is knocked unconscious/bleeding. Jane sees him fall and rushes to help. At some point in helping John, Jane contracts the HIV. Should John be at all liable for Jane's HIV medicine?
