In 1919, SCOTUS unanimously upheld the conviction of Charles Schenck for violating Sec. 3 of the Espionage Act, "obstruct(ing) recruiting or enlistment." During WWI, Schenck mailed 15k flyers to draftees telling them to oppose the draft. Free speech?
