Crazy Commie Bernie Sanders admits that people will lose jobs through a single payer system and that “there will be pain and you got to deal with that pain." Do you want to deal with the pain of Communism?

No. Of course not. He gets the best healthcare in the world because he is a Senator. Marxist leaders never live by the rules they force upon their victims.

He himself would not be paying for it.

Sounds cool, but we arnt there yet. Also kinda of offensive (as if you of all people care) To communists to consider Bernie Sanders' socialist ass a commie.

I'm not so sure that's true anymore.

He was referring to admin jobs that wouldn’t be necessary in a system that isn’t convoluted

Enacting socialism right now in the current state of the United States would be detrimental to everybody including the Socialists.

Most Americans would rather deal with the pain of extreme capitalism.

Obviously you just looked the word up in a dictionary and just ran with definition number one. I will give you some examples when I get home.

We already have socialism in the United States and it’s not just our social programs.

Okay so you need an example. How about I start with the content of the question and say Medicare. And go.

Well that’s an aspect of a pure definition of socialism. But socialism can also refer to policies that are based on the principles of socialism. I bet I spend more time on here arguing definitions than I do theory or policy.

Yes, that is an extremely big problem now that the left has decided to change the meaninh of words, it doesnt help either that English is filled to the brim in nuances.

Basing laws/policy/programs on socialism doesnt mean that those laws/policy/programs have anything in commen with socialism other then ideals.

If you pick one out of a hat, we could go into depth why/why not its socialism.

I would rather deal with the “pain” of helping people get the jobs they need to be self sufficient, the “pain” of regulating some medical prices/costs, and - most especially - the “pain” of deeply limiting liability suits and claims, costs of liability insurance, etc.

Anything + government = convoluted! 🤪
