Former Vice President and speculated 2020 candidate Joe Biden has been doing interviews where he says he 'would have won' the presidency, 'should have won', and now 'regrets that he's not president'. Will they express that it's 'his turn' in 2020?

Both parties need to offer younger candidates to vote for. I’m older and I don’t want a person in their 70s or 80s as President. Get someone that still loves to strive for more, that looks long-term.

Yep. As far as the next presidential election is concerned the Dems are done with the older generation.
