Ready for football in the fall!
I am at the maintain portion of my weight loss goals which is not easy at all!! I walk or bike 4-5 times a week. I should work on strength training but I hate lifting.
I'd like to faithfully start power walking every day and get back into yoga.
Get back to when I was running regularly, when a 10k was a good Saturday run.
I want to lose 20 lbs and start running long distance.
My first goal is to nurse an injury back to health, then start jogging every day.
What are yours?
My goal is to be 215 lbs @ 10% body fat. I'm currently 223 lbs @ 13.7% bf
It would be morning but I haven't been doing it lately.
Walk every day (preferably with my dogs because it makes it not boring.)
Happier, healthier, more fit. More active, more engaged. Those are nebulous goals, but I have felt progress in every one of them through the efforts I've made the last few months.

Stuck at 50 lbs. , but I'm streaky. I've been walking and going to the gym
