Wert, this reminds me, a while back you had a poll with Eric Clapton and somebody else, I couldn't figure out who the other guitarist was, its starting to bug me...
At the store, I put on my best creepy face and walk by them. The creepy face I use is a cross between uncle fester and Ian Anderson. Whew. Long way to go for an inside sight gag.
We go to see Jethro Tull or just Ian Anderson every chance we get. His proficiency with the flute is amazing. I love to listen. My favorite was hearing Jethro Tull outdoors on Mud Island as the sun set on the Mississippi River.
Thanks, now I can sleep tonight.
Thanks for the visual.
I love Ian Anderson. Didn't he go off on his own at some points.
Hah. Who's that?
Right guy is?
I found that exact track on iTunes. I might have to give him a shot.
Are they still alive or 70 too? Lol
Hah. They're still alive for the most part. Still performing. I believe they performed with Allison Krause a little recently.
I don't know if he is still alive lol. I have always liked folksy music like Joni Mitchell and early Dylan. I have always loved this song
Yes. He was the founder of the group.
I believe that was Peter Green, if I recall the poll. Founder of Fleetwood Mac. Eric an Peter both played with John Mayall.
He's 70. I like folk in doses. Can't take it for long stretches. Like bluegrass. Love it in doses.
Ever list to any early Dirt Band? Originally, The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band.
If you like this guy, I bet you'd like TNGDB.
Okay. They are Uncle Fester (Jackie Coogan) of the original Adam's Family series, and Ian Anderson of Jethro Tull.
What do they have to do with each other? Nothing except in an earlier poll I commented that to get past Girl Scouts selling cookies
I'm glad I could finally relieve your insomnia.
I need to get out more, who is on the left?
And for my next photo poll, James Fisk jr and Cranston Snord. It's sure to be a hit.
Peter green was not in Fleetwood Mac
For a few albums. They still tour. Not too long ago he played a flute duet of Boureé with an astronaut on the International Space Station who brought her flute. If I recall right, it was an Ian flute, too.
Found it. youtu.be/XeC4nqBB5BM
I've slept a grand total of 45 minutes over the past 43 hours. That could explain my poles, today.
I didn't know. I was just familar with Lindsey Buckingham and that other guy.
The Peter Green Story
They went through many iterations. Originally a Blues Rock band.
Oh never mind. I was thinking
Of Eric Anderson
